I love the look of 50’s post-war design and admit that I’m easily seduced by cars. My imagination took a wild Southwest ride in this series of paintings. Very much in the spirit of Thelma and Louise, this art is about breaking free – from tradition and expectations - and daring to take big risks.

I find myself drawn to classic icons of Las Vegas such as dice and cards. Together with the cars, they provide symbolism and metaphor for my reoccurring thoughts and dreams about freedom, chance, destiny, and fate.
